Optional videotaping provides a useful learning tool for critical analysis and improvement.

This full-day workshop is designed for those who have already attended Part I or have prior experience delivering presentations and are ready to advance to the next level. The participants will deliver a prepared 10-12 minute presentation and run a Q & A session. Participants are provided with constructive feedback by the program facilitator based on their presentations. Optional videotaping provides a useful learning tool for critical analysis and improvement. The participants will leave with a specific action plan that will significantly improve their presentation skills.

Results of the program:

• Deliver a polished professional presentation
• Become an expert in handling Q & A sessions
• Learn how to use audio-visual aids for maximum impact
• Understand how to incorporate storytelling into a presentation
• Master persuasive speaking techniques
• Build greater rapport with audience members and clients
